New Hope has a self-pay option available for clients without insurance. This is a discounted rate from the original cost New Hope charges to provide services.
In the case of zero income, we have a select number of spots in which we can fully cover your counseling services, but you must qualify and provide financial documentation.
Financials are discussed in the initial conversation new clients have with the Front Office when the Front Office calls to set up the client's initial counseling appointment. If at any time, your financial situation changes, please inform the Front Office, so that the information may be updated in your file.
