In an effort to do our part to keep our clients and staff safe, we have implemented the following procedures:
- New clients are encouraged to fill out our Intake paperwork online. If interested clients are unable to fill out the paperwork online, we do have copies available in the office.
- All clients are required to wear face-masks in the building.
- Clients are encouraged to use the hand sanitizer that is available in the lobby, at the front desk, in the bathrooms, and in every therapist's office.
- Clients are encouraged to keep a distance of 6-10 feet between themselves and others while waiting for their session.
- Clients are discouraged from bringing their partners or children along if they are not participating in the counseling session. Accompanying individuals will be asked to wait in their vehicles or outside the building, as there is to be no waiting or loitering in the lobby. The exception to this is if the individual is accompanying a minor or a disabled individual.
If you would like a Remote Session as opposed to an in-person session, please inform your therapist or the Front Office.
Local Resources
Our hearts ache with how COVID-19 has negatively affected our beloved community. We have seen the influx of people dealing with the anxieties, depression, fatigue, and stressors that the virus has introduced or exaggerated. The mental healthcare community is growing and adapting as best we can to counteract the negative effects on mental health brought on by the global pandemic.

Local Sources for COVID-19 Testing
The United States government has been holding mass free testing events via the United States Army. Unfortunately, little notice is given as to where and when these free testing events will be held. Generally information concerning these events has been shared in the Kerrville Daily Times newspaper as soon as the whereabouts become readily available. We also advise that you talk to your primary care physician, as free testing event information is often shared with them as well.
